Do you charge candidates a fee?
Never. Good Human Consultants does not charge candidates at any stage. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for money, please do not pay and report it to us.
What happens after I submit my CV?
A consultant reviews your profile. If it matches a current mandate, we contact you to discuss the role. Otherwise we keep it on file, with your consent, for future opportunities.
Which roles do you recruit for?
Mostly leadership, management and specialist roles in jewellery, hospitality, IT, retail and consumer businesses, in India and occasionally abroad.
How is my data protected?
Your details are stored securely, used only for recruitment and never shared with an employer without your consent, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
